4 Questions to Grow Your Soul Desires

In a moment I'll share four questions you can ask yourself through journeying, journaling or deep meditation to support the growth of your soul's desires this spring...but first, some spring time musings.

As life explodes into fullness once again in the Northern Hemisphere, our own energy begins to rise, too. It is as if our spirits desire to blossom along with the unfurling leaves and opening flowers.

Even though we may think of Autumn as a reflective time of year, I believe that any new beginning in Nature encourages our soul’s desire to grow, evolve our perceptions, and have new dreams. 

This energy of growth is tied directly to the sacred feminine energy of nature that is always nurturing and shaping new life.

The sacred feminine is endlessly giving birth to new ideas, new energies, and new possibilities. And she (whether you consider her Mother Nature or Goddess) is always encouraging us to wriggle free of old, restrictive, and oppressive energies as they are contrary to our vitality and life force!

4 Questions to Grow Your Soul Desires  

Opening to growth often means that we need to ask ourselves some questions. These inquiries are wonderful opportunities to do shamanic journeys, do some journaling or go into a deep meditation for the answers.

Who am I now? 
This question is an opportunity to reflect on who you have been, how you have changed, and assess the person you are now.

What new aspect of me is ready to be brought forward?  
Often the personality aspect of us, that always seems to have its own “plans,” can be somewhat oblivious to what is ready to unfold naturally. We all have untapped wisdom, excitement, desires, and dreams. This is an opportunity find out what of those possibilities is ripe to blossom!

What does my soul still desire to accomplish in this lifetime? 
Here you can explore your personality’s dreams and how they might either align with or clash with your soul’s desires. If you have been “holding back,” or “waiting for the right time,” you may find that NOW is the perfect moment to embrace your soul’s desire and take the first steps toward it.

What is my first step in moving forward with my soul’s desire?
Every process requires a first step. That step might be a change in belief about yourself. It might be that you need to get some support or to learn some new skill. You don’t have to know everything before you begin! A first step will lead you to the next one and each following step as the path continues to unfold.

Know that in your journey along the path, you, or your process forward might evolve. Inspiration may intercede or change the direction you thought that you were going.

And that is the beauty of merging or springing into new possibilities!

Your progression along your path will be uniquely magical and precious!
