You see, in order to shape-shift “what is,” into “what can be,” such as stepping into your bigger dreams, visions and passions for yourself, family, friends and community while also being in more harmony with nature, it is necessary to release the fears that limit your inherent abilities to “dream bigger” and follow through with the steps toward your vision. 

Often, fears show up as a doubt in either your own capabilities or doubts about having the support to sustain your vision. These are usually a result of our early social conditioning through observation, consequences and associations that we experienced in early childhood. 

For instance:

• You might doubt that you are worthy enough to have a better life situation. 
• You might worry that if you “really go for it,” that you’ll experience some form of “backlash” or “punishment”.
• You may even have doubts about your capabilities to succeed in a larger life.

The good news is that these doubts are simply “learned information.” As such, they are able to be released and replaced with more accurate perceptions!
